Information

The H7R version, so named, is generally used in parabolic reflector headlamps — that is, with clear functional glass rather than fluted glass. The bulb carries a dark band, as shown in the photograph, near the ignition to prevent a dazzling effect.

This H7R lamp version is however little used and represents an adaptation to avoid glare in all directions.
