SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

Unless otherwise agreed, the Supplier will deliver the selected and ordered products via approved carriers with traceable consignment notes.

In the event that the carrier is appointed, in any capacity, by the Customer, XenonPerTutti Srl will not be responsible for the loss and/or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses.

The estimated shipping time is 24-48 hours from order confirmation. If the Supplier is unable to ship within this timeframe, the Buyer will be promptly notified via email.
