1. Light Beam Control (Cut-off)

• The main difference lies in the way the light is projected onto the road:
• Parabola: Reflects light more diffusely. It's more difficult to "cut" cleanly, which often causes glare that can dazzle oncoming traffic.
• Lenticular: Uses a convex lens and an internal shield to create a clean cut-off. The light illuminates the road but ends abruptly at the level of other cars' headlights, ensuring visibility without being distracting.

2. Uniformity and Intensity

• While the parabolic tends to create shadow areas or "spots" of more intense light near the car, the lenticular distributes the lumens evenly.
• Width: The beam of a lenticular headlight is usually wider, illuminating the edges of the road better (essential for spotting animals or pedestrians).
• Depth: Thanks to the focusing of the lens, the light is "pushed" further without dispersing upwards.

3. Compatibility with LED and Xenon

• Installing LED or Xenon bulbs on a parabolic reflector designed for halogens is often a bad idea: the different light source creates uncontrolled reflections.
• The lenticular, on the other hand, is the ideal partner for these technologies because it channels the great luminous power of LEDs and Xenon to a precise point, fully exploiting their potential without waste.

4. Bi-Projector Function (High Beam)

• Many lens kits are "Bi-Xenon" or "Bi-LED." Inside, they have a small solenoid that lowers the cut-off blade:
• In low beam mode, the foil covers part of the light.
• In high beam mode, the blade moves instantly, releasing the entire light beam through the same lens.
