1. What is the GREEN light for?

In cars imported from the United States, the rear light lens/plastic is often completely red , and the same lens acts as both the brake light and the turn signal. In Europe, by law (ECE regulations), turn signals must emit orange (Amber) light.

• The green light "trick": When the light emitted by a green LED passes through the red plastic of the headlight, the optical filtering effect causes the light perceived on the outside to be bright orange .

• The advantage: It allows you to obtain an approved orange indicator for inspection/registration without having to replace the entire original headlight with a European one or modify the red lens.

2. What is WHITE light for?

The Switchback function allows the lamp to manage two distinct functions with a single lamp holder:

• White Light: Functions as a tail light, daytime running light (DRL) or reverse light (depending on the vehicle's wiring).

• Green Light (Indicator): When you activate the turn signal, the white light automatically turns off and the lamp starts flashing green (which appears orange on the outside). When the indicator is deactivated, it returns to white.
