Halogen Lamp T20 7443 Blue Effect P21-5W

Here are the main reasons why this choice might make sense for your car:

1. The "Blue" aesthetic

The blue glass acts as a color filter. When the bulb is on, the yellowish light typical of halogen bulbs is filtered out, resulting in a cool white light that closely mimics the effect of modern LEDs. Furthermore, when the bulb is off, the bluish reflection inside the headlight's reflector lends a more technological and clean look.

2. Easy installation (Plug & Play)

Unlike LEDs, these bulbs are electrically identical to the originals:

No errors on the dashboard: No need to install additional resistors (often necessary with LEDs to avoid the "burned out" error).

No flickering: They work perfectly with the stock electrical system.

Instant assembly: Remove the old one, insert the new one.

3. Legality and Review

In many countries, replacing a halogen bulb with an LED in a headlight not designed for it can cause problems during MOT or roadside inspections (since it alters the light beam). Blue-tinted halogens, being technically filament bulbs, are generally viewed less harshly, as long as they are approved.

4. Low Cost

Compared to a high-quality LED kit (the cheap ones often last a short time or provide poor lighting), the LED-effect T20s are significantly lower cost, allowing you to renew the look of your car for just a few euros.
