This is the sixth-generation CANBus control unit of the Aozoom ABC series. It retains the quick-start and CANBus functions of the ABC series products and has improved technical process details for better quality. Now let me give you an overview.

 Basic information

• By using SANKEN IGBT chips from Japan that are exclusive to the automotive sector, the AOZOOM and Xenonpertutti ABC control unit delivers excellent consistent performance, high working efficiency and shock resistance. In the overall circuit design, the working efficiency of the ABC series can reach 92%.
• The ABC series features a quick-start function, which can reach a steady-state output of 80% in 2 seconds and 100% in 3 seconds, providing approximately 3200 lumens on a 4300K quality bulb. It accepts an input range of 9-16 V V and will power all HID bulbs with industry-standard AMP connectors.
• The ABC series is a Canbus ballast. On startup, the current is 55w around 4.2 ± 0.2 A; after stabilisation, the current is 4.1 A ± 0.2 A (input voltage is 13,2 V). It can quickly stabilise power and continuously emulate a halogen bulb. In addition, it has a built-in error-filter on the input line that can pass electronic detection from the OBD Canbus system and make it compatible with 99.9% of European vehicles.
• The control unit circuit is completely sealed with a superior AB glue. It is shockproof, waterproof and high-pressure resistant.
• The Xenonpertutti AOZOOM ABC CANBus control unit features open-circuit fault protection for the output current. If the HID bulb suddenly goes out in an open-circuit situation, the ABC unit can relight the bulb quickly and automatically in 0.1 seconds.
• Compatibility 
• The igniter cable can be detached from the power supply, allowing an easy switch from AMP to D2S or D1 / D3. If an igniter fails, it can also be easily replaced.
  
  
  Evolution 
• After many years of presence in the Asian market, we have made numerous product improvements in response to identified issues. Now, the defect rate of the Xenonpertutti AOZOOM control unit can be kept below 0.3%. Moreover, the ballast is supplied with constant power; regardless of how the input voltages change, our ballast can consistently deliver output power to the HID bulb, keeping output power variation under 1%, which can extend the service life of the ballast and the HID. We provide a 3-year quality warranty and after-sales service for all products in the ABC ballast series. If the control unit breaks within 3 years, we will replace it with a new one for you.

  Quality control 
• Xenonpertutti and AOZOOM have a strict quality control standard. All AOZOOM series ballasts must undergo 30,000 stroboscopic inspections and 24 hours of ageing testing before shipment. Vibration testing, waterproof testing, salt spray testing and damage testing will be conducted for sample inspection proportionate to large-scale loads.
