Aozoom ABC 06 Rapid Start and Canbus reactor

This is the sixth-generation CANBus reactor from the Aozoom ABC series. It retains the quick start and CANBus functionality of the ABC series products, while improving the technical details for improved quality. Let me give you an overview.

Incorporating Japanese SANKEN IGBT chips, exclusive to the automotive industry, the AOZOOM ABC ballast stands out for its consistent performance, high efficiency, and shock resistance. Across the entire circuit, the ABC ballast efficiency can reach 92%.

The ABC Series ballast features a quick-start function, reaching 80% steady-state lumens in 2 seconds and 100% in 3 seconds, delivering approximately 3200 lumens with a quality 4300K bulb. It accepts input voltages from 9 to 16V and can power all HID bulbs with industry-standard AMP connectors.

The ABC series is a Canbus ballast. At startup, the current is approximately 4.2±0.2A; after stabilization, the current is 4.1A±0.2A (input voltage 13.2V). It can quickly stabilize power and consistently simulate a halogen bulb. Furthermore, it features a built-in error suppressor on the input line, allowing it to bypass the electronic detection of the Canbus OBD system and be compatible with most European vehicles.

The ballast's circuit board is completely sealed with premium AB glue. It is shock, water, and high-pressure resistant.

The AOZOOM ABC CANBus ballast provides open circuit fault protection for the output current. If the HID bulb suddenly goes out due to an open circuit, the ABC ballast can quickly and automatically relight it in 0.1 seconds.
