Information

The H7R version, so named, is generally used in reflector parabola headlamps, that is with clear functional glass rather than fluted glass; in fact the bulb carries a dark band, as shown in the photograph, near the filament to avoid dazzling when lit.

This H7R lamp version is however little used and is an adaptation to prevent glare in all directions.
