D5S 45W LED Bulbs High Beam 6000k High Power

New definitive full led D5S pk32d-7 kit for lenticular definitive solution for light problems on lenticular headlights .

Brightness increase +350%

Construction and Technical Features:

• All-in-One "Plug-N-Play" Design: It integrates the control unit/ballast and the heatsink body in the same base block, mirroring the compact structure typical of the original D5S standard. .

• High Power LED Chips: Placed on two opposite sides to ensure 360° light output inside the headlight's lenticular lens .

• Advanced Heat Dissipation: The rear base features a ribbed die-cast aluminum cooling fin structure paired with a built-in silent fan to prevent the LED from overheating. .

• Small Size: The compact size ensures the hermetic closure and sealing of the rear headlight caps without any space problems .

Why Switch from Xenon to LED (Especially for D5S)?

The standard D5S Xenon bulbs are known to be a "reduced" 25W version (approximately 2000 lumens) designed by manufacturers to avoid the homologation requirement for headlight washers and automatic headlight leveling. As a result, the standard light is often dim, tending towards a warm yellow, and with reduced range.

Here are the main advantages of installing the D5S LED kit:

1. Substantially Superior Brightness and Visibility

• Higher Luminous Flux: Switching to LED provides a significant increase in lumens (often more than double the 2000lm of the 25W Xenon D5S), offering a denser, deeper and more homogeneous beam of light.

• Pure White Light (5500K - 6000K): Ensures significantly better road contrast, making it easier to read signs and horizontal markings and reducing visual fatigue when driving at night.

2. Instant On (Zero Warm-Up Time)

• Xenon lamps require several seconds ( warm-up phase ) to reach maximum brightness and color temperature.

• LED offers 100% light performance immediately upon switch-on, which is essential for safety and ideal for high beam flashing.

3. Less Light Decay and Longer Lifespan

• Xenon D5S bulbs tend to lose intensity, change color (turning towards purple or blue) and degrade over time.

• LEDs maintain a constant luminous efficiency over time, with an average longer operating life (over 30,000 hours).

4. Low Power Consumption and Less Heat in the Dish

• The energy efficiency of LEDs reduces the electrical load on the system.

• Thermal management channeled to the rear (outside the reflector) protects the lenses and prevents clouding or yellowing of the headlight's internal reflectors.

5. Simple and direct installation

• Being a Plug-N-Play kit, it fits directly into the D5S bulb holder and connects to the car's original connector, eliminating the need for flying wiring or structural modifications. .
