Information

Mini Slim xenon ballast

The compact housing is intended for installations with limited space behind a headlamp, such as those in cars, motorcycles and scooters. Depending on the headlamp and vehicle, it can be positioned behind the light or within a side panel.

  • Compact installation: the slim design reduces the space needed for mounting and keeps the visible installation tidy.
  • Inside the headlamp: where space and construction allow, the ballast may fit within the rear cover, avoiding holes for routing cables outside.
  • Mounting: its lower weight can make it easier to secure with suitable high-strength adhesive tape or cable ties.
  • Igniter arrangement: some slim ballast designs position the igniter along the cable rather than in the main housing. Check the configuration of the unit supplied.

Check the dimensions, connections and available mounting space before installation.
