FUNCTION  

The aozoom and XENONPERTUTTI D1S HID ballast is designed to replace the broken OEM D1S ballast and works perfectly with Philips or other brands of H1 D1S bulbs on European vehicles. For many retrofitters, if you're choosing a D1S bi-xenon headlight and are selecting a small ballast, our D1S ballast may be your best choice. It offers the same features as the OEM ones but at a much lower price despite the top quality of our product.

The advanced

• Equipped with Japan's exclusive SANKEN IGBT chips for the automotive industry, the AOZOOM and XENONPERTUTTI ballast excels in consistent performance, high efficiency, and shock resistance. With its full circuit design, the D1S ballast's efficiency can reach 92%.
• The D1S series control unit features a quick-start function, reaching 80% steady-state output in 2 seconds and 100% output in 3 seconds, delivering approximately 3200 lumens on a quality 4300K ​​bulb. It accepts a 9-16V input range and will power all HID bulbs with industry-standard D1S connectors.
• The circuit board is completely sealed with superior AB glue. It is shockproof, waterproof, and resistant to high pressure.
• The AOZOOM D1S replacement ballast features open-circuit fault protection for the output current. If the HID bulb suddenly goes out in an open situation, the D1S ballast can quickly and automatically turn the bulb on within 0.1 seconds.

Furthermore, the ballast is powered with constant power; regardless of how the input voltages fluctuate, our ballast can stably deliver output power to the HID bulb, ensuring output power fluctuations of less than 1%, which can extend the life of the ballast and HID bulb. We provide a 3-year quality warranty and after-sales service for all products in the series. If the ballast breaks within 3 years, we will replace it with a new one.

Quality control  

AOZOOM and XENONPERTUTTI have strict quality control standards. All XENONPERTUTTI series ballasts must undergo 30,000 stroboscopic inspections and 24-hour aging before shipment. Vibration testing, waterproof testing, salt spray testing, and damage testing will be performed for sample inspections based on the large load.
