Replacing a classic halogen H4 bulb with an LED kit featuring a mini lenticular lens (integrated projector) is one of the most popular modifications for those who want to improve visibility without changing the entire headlight.

This is why this solution is technically superior to a simple "naked" LED:

  • Sharp cut-off (Cut-off)
  • Power and Depth
  • Efficiency and Colour Temperature
  • Ease of Installation (Plug & Play)
  • Greater Depth thanks to the Laser LED on the high beam

Information

The increase in brightness, + 400%, in lumen compared to a halogen is a parameter calculated with REAL data using an ULBRICHT sphere.

This is why this solution is technically superior to a simple "naked" LED:

  • Compact dimensions: As the name suggests, these kits are designed to fit into confined spaces, making them ideal for smaller vehicles or for installations where space is limited.
  • LED Technology: They use light-emitting diodes (LEDs) which offer numerous advantages over traditional halogen bulbs: greater brightness, reduced energy consumption, longer life and instant ignition.
  • Lenticular lens: The lenticular lens is an optical element that concentrates and projects the light precisely, creating a wider and more uniform beam than standard bulbs.
  • Ease of installation: The kit is designed to be easily installed, even by those without particular technical skills. However, it is always advisable to carefully follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
  • Modern design: the mini lenticular LED kit features an elegant and modern design that enhances the aesthetic appearance of the headlights.
