LED lens beam projector

Hi-Lens LED is a compact multi-lens hi-beam projector. It is not a bi-LED projector and is designed for hi-beam only.

Design

Supplied with the mounting shaft and very easy to install; can accept a cover suitable for a 3-inch lenticular. The convex lens module concentrates the hotspot directly for high-intensity performance. If you want intensity in the centre of the beam, you will have maximum hotspot intensity for the hi-beam.

Cooling

There are two ball-bearing fans built into the rear of the LED board for cooling and to ensure the LEDs operate efficiently within a safe temperature range. The housing of this projector is made of aluminium6063 around the lens and high-temperature-resistant PC material at the rear.

Compatibility

It can be mounted directly to the projector housing H7 and installed in the housings H1, H11, H13, 9005, 9006, 9007 with minimal modification where possible.

Installation

The hi-fidelity LED hi-beam projector is a single-piece design with an integrated driver. Supplied with the mounting shaft; simply open the headlight, insert the projector through the existing hole in the rear of the reflector and reseal the headlight.
