The LED laser projectors feature a lens optic with a transparent finish and 100% purity, ensuring perfect illumination in all usage conditions. Our Retrofit lenses also increase beam width and depth, providing perfect asymmetry and an illumination range that can reach up to 800 metres.
Do you want to install a lenticular headlight on your vehicle, replace an old cloudy or damaged lenticular lens, or convert a parabolic reflector into a lenticular headlight? Choose only our products, which let you improve illumination power thanks to the latest generation LEDs and lasers. We use LEDs and lasers with Slux and Aozoom technology and components from Philips, Osram, Samsung and Seoul to consistently ensure maximum light output and coverage precisely where the beam is most important.
The structure of our projectors is made from aviation-grade aluminium and steel, giving them lifelong robustness and solidity. The Crystal Crome reflective chrome material, thanks to its double chrome plating, guarantees 99.9% precision and reflects light perfectly without any shadowing or spots. All our lenticular projectors are equipped with an AR anti-reflective system, a slight blue tint, which provides 10% more light and reduced glare compared with a traditional clear lens. In addition to beam perfection, there is increased transparency that improves light transmission.
All our high-quality solenoid mechanisms use a double-charge magnetic system, ensuring stable mechanical opening and closing without hiccups. We perform solenoid valve ageing tests exceeding 1 million cycles, using high-precision magnetic materials, an environmentally friendly electroplating process, and subjecting them to a range of high-pressure tests, electromagnetic interference tests, and low- and high-temperature tests.
XenonXtutti offers the Best LED and Laser Lenticular Kits and relies on manufacturers such as Hella, Aozoom and Koito for retrofit replacements or modifications.
